In practice.

Joost Wentink is a trainer, lecturer and director. Since 1997 he has designed and delivered training for the police, the justice system and healthcare — from aggression and robbery training to interviewing, breaking-bad-news conversations and crisis management. The roles that make an exercise real he played himself for years; now he directs the counterplay and leads the exercise.
